We’ve had many inquiries of homes over 4,000 though they are beyond the budget for many of our clients.  Our in-house designer came up with this series of homes to help to provide our clients with a choice that accomplishes many of the same goals as a large home but without the large price tag.

This series of homes was designed on the basis of a large community area in the center for gatherings, though everyone also has their own private space as well.
