Once you have done that, one of us will give you a call to discuss your project and you are welcome to ask whatever preliminary questions you have.

You can email us whatever information you have available on your property and what your goals are for building, we’d be pleased to review that information for you and provide you with an assessment so we can discuss things further.
If you have an idea or want to share with us your ideas, thoughts, property information, etc. then we can do a screen share online with you and we’d be pleased to know more about your project.
Before our scheduled call we’ll send you a basic form that you can fill out so that we can best understand your needs and requirements as well as the zoning and limitations of your property, etc.
The “Modular Feasibility Study” is where there is a small cost for us to come to the property, but we would love for you to put together a list of all of your questions, and we’ll answer them all while we are there reviewing your property and the access for the modules.
