The LaFayette Cape Cod

A client contacted us from Contra Costa County, CA, after working years to build her home on-site. Even her home designer gave up. Our in-house designer redesigned it to meet her her needs and make sure that after all the time, money and effort she put into her project that she got exactly the house that she had been dreaming of for years.

This prefab modular is one of our Cape Cod models. We build the first level and the roof rafters and sheathing are shipped loose so that the attic can be done

on-site. The attic can be completed as part of the home now, or for other clients their preference is to finish the attic later on, making it a home to grow into.

This Cape Cod home was built in Orinda, Contra Costa County, California. This is one story home with the attic completed entirely on-site. Modular. Look at the great covered porch upstairs and downstairs.
This Factory Built Housing was built near Lafayette California in Contra Costa County, CA. The home was painted olive green and came out beautiful.
