This home was built in Mendocino City, a historic tourist attraction with strict rules about maintaining the character of the entire area. This house was a model redesigned in-house to meet the Historic requirements.

We provided a single story home and the roof was completed on-site. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom were added on-site in the attic.

Project Summary:

These two very nice clients purchased a property with a beautiful Pacific Ocean view. They started with one of our stock models and our in-house designer fully customized it for them as well as add the huge view deck.

This home is built in Fort Bragg and was subject to Coastal Commission requirements. We are passed the permitting stage. The modular home is built and we look forward to delivering it in 2026

Project Summary:

This large home was sketched out by someone else originally though the cost wasn’t practical building it on-site. We were therefore engaged to redraw it, make it modular, modify it more to our client’s liking.

This home features plenty of open space, large decks along with upstairs balconies and an over-sized 3 car garage.

This home is not the type of home that we typically build. Yet, in their case, they worked and saved their whole lives to get exactly what they wanted and the house has come out beautifully!
