This Single Family Residence was design for a project in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada County, CA. It was designed for the snow loads there (upgrade).
The attached garage and storage area are built on-site and go on a slab while the house goes on a stem wall foundation.
We gave the house a nice rustic cabin look with stained lap and shake siding, non-combustible fiber-cement.
