Your modular home will come out looking the way that you want it, what is consistent with the neighborhood, what fits your property, and your desires.

We have shown this home a few different ways to give you an idea of what can be done.

Image 1: This is our personal favorite shown with a site built covered porch after the home is delivered. To keep costs down, the porch could be made smaller or maybe it doesn’t have to be covered on all sides. It is entirely your decision.

Image 2: This version shows a site built two car car garage with an enclosed breezeway to conned them.

Image 3: Here we have shown a few things completed on-site, the porch can be any size of shape you want. This one also has a metal roof along with stucco finish on most of the walls and the bottom 3 feet show rockwork, these items are done on-site and will add to the cost.

Image 4: This shows how a modular home can be built on top of a garage for a steep sloped lot. It is always more economical to build on a flat property but if the property is sloped, this does reduce the overall footprint. Building on a sloped lot can be expensive with grading and retaining walls and pricing can’t be provided until there is a full set of construction plans, then a contractor can directly provide you with a quote.

Image 5: This is the basic version of the home. The siding and roof can be any color you want, you can add a small porch or covered entry, or other finishes & adjustments to make this unit exactly the way that you want it.

Image 6: This is the floor plan. While there may be a design fee if changed, we can design the home for you and make adjustments so it fits your needs.
