The Hollywood Maxim

The Hollywood Maxim prefab modular home was custom designed by our in-house designer to go to Kern County, California.

The lap siding was stained to give it a rustic look to match the cattle ranch it’s on.

This is the site built garage, built on a slab, with a different perspective. The windows were shipped loose to match the windows in the modular home.

This Factory Built Home shows the electrical panel as well as exterior mounted tankless water heaters (one on each side of the home, which were later enclosed). Kern County, California.
This is the site built garage where the same materials were used to complete the garage so it perfectly matches the home. It is an over-sized two car garage.
This is a huge kitchen with a large island and multiple work spaces so you can entertain, prepare food without clutter, or the family can just hang out and be part of the cooking process, or they can site in the great room right next to it.
