The Toluca Lake

The Toluca Lake prefab modular home was custom designed by our in-house designer to go to Los Angeles County, California.  The lap siding with the accent vertical siding gives it great curb appeal and the on-site high-end finishes inside are gorgeous!

This is a modular home that was custom designed to the exacting requirements of the client, the neighborhood, and the lot size. It features a bay window, two car site built garage, and a covered front porch.
