The Quail & Owl

The Quail & Owl ADU’s were built for a property in Santa Cruz County. The Owl was a pre-existing modular plan that our in-house designer modified for the specific needs of the property and The Quail was completely redesigned to fit the size requirements for the second Accessory Dwelling Unit on the property.
