The Teal

The Teal ADU was built for the rear of an urban lot in Contra Costa County, California. This prefab modular backyard house was designed by our

in-house designer to match the existing home and also provide a nice aesthetic appeal with gables and the accent siding for this CA Accessory Dwelling Unit.
